One 8 oz pkg of Philadelphia cream cheese, softened
1 tsp of Crystal Light lemonade flavor soft drink mix
1/4 cup of cold fat free milk
One 8 oz tub of Cool Whip Topping thawed
1 ready to use graham cracker crust
Beat the cheese and drink mix on medium until smooth. Gradually add milk, mixing til well blended. Gently stir in whipped topping. Spoon into crust. Refrigerate 4 hours or until firm. Garnish with blueberries, raspberries, or any fresh fruit.
Note: Place remaining drink mix in pitcher. Add 5 cups cold water. Stir and serve.
