This is a hit every time. The recipe was originally from a "Good Housekeeping" magazine article in the 1980's.
2 Pints of Large Strawberries or other Mixed Fruit for dipping
3 & 1/2 oz to 3 & 3/4 oz Package of Instant Vanilla Pudding
1 Cup of Heavy or Whipping Cream
1 Cup of Milk
1 Tsp of Almond Extract
Whip the cream and set aside. Prepare the Instant Vanilla Pudding as label directs, but use only 1 cup of Milk. With a wire whisk or rubber spatula, gently fold the whipped cream and almond extract into the prepared instant pudding.
